The application is also available in other languages. The application language matches the configuration of your web browser.
Go to the page chrome://settings/languages. Add languages and drag them to the desired order. The language at the top of the list will be the default language of newly opened tabs Fig. 1.273.
Click on > “Options” at the top right of your window. Fig. 1.275
In the “Language and appearance” section, then the [Choose] button. Fig. 1.276
Select or add your language, move it up by clicking on the [Up] button, then save.

The application allows you to manage multiple visits to the same destination, that is to say visits of different types or schedules in the same plan, for example delivery in the morning and collection in the afternoon. (Option activated on request: contact us).
To create multiple visits, go to the edit page of a destination. To do this, on the “Listing destinations” page or on a plan page, use the destination’s “pencil” button to modify this destination and his visits. The “Edit destination” page appears. At the bottom of your page where current visits are present Fig. 1.277.
Click “New visit” to create a new visit. Fill in the fields as needed.
The routing engine will prepare your routes according to the stated constraints.
On route: on the right, the visit is indicated by the name of the destination followed by the occurrence indicator (e.g. “M. Dubourg # 2”). The “pencil” button allows you to edit the visit if necessary. The geolocation icon button allows you to center the map on the visit.
On the map: multiple visits are visible in pop-up (2) linked to a stop. Click on the visit, a pop-up appears (3). A summary of the visit is displayed. The “pencil” button at the top right of the pop-up allows you to edit the visit if necessary.

On the destination list, the visits are grouped under the same point, in the right-hand section of the spreadsheet. The quantities, tags and time constraints are directly editable. The “pencil” button allows you to edit the destination in more detail if necessary.
Multiple visits allow you to manage different types of visit to the same destination. Some possible uses are:
A destination requires two daily visits with different time constraints. Each visit will be assigned automatically to the relevant vehicle.
A destination needs a medical visit every day (visitor and route # 1) and a logistical visit (visitor and route # 2), with free or different time windows. Each visit should be assigned to the appropriate visitor.
Definition
For specific needs, the same vehicle can be used with several configurations, for example a team of morning and afternoon agents or different schedules depending on the day of the week, etc. (This option can be activated on request: contact us).
Create a new configuration
To create multiple vehicle configurations, access the vehicle list. To do this, on the “Vehicles / List” page, use the “New vehicle configuration” button: numref: app-vehicle-multi-conf-520.
Fill in the fields as needed.
In the “Vehicles / List” menu it is possible to duplicate, modify and delete the configurations.
Global optimization allows optimization of the whole plan (This option can be activated on request: contact us). Fig. 1.281
Creating the routes in a plan using zoning is better suited to enforcing a particular geographical working area (catchment area) or enforcing the assignment to vehicles or drivers in the case of personal service for example, in order avoid frequent changes of the home worker or loyalty of the home seller.
Global optimization is an alternative to zoning, it allows an optimal calculation between all vehicles without geographic constraint while seeking an optimal reduction in usage times and distances covered in a global way.
The waypoints can therefore be assigned to a different route (vehicle) than initially. Tours will certainly not be “balanced” (duration, kilometer or number of stops). Fig. 1.282
Before the calculation, it is possible to lock a route to exclude it from the global optimization.
In the destinations list or by importing, you can determine one (or two) start time(s) and one (or two) end time(s) for visits.
If necessary, those times can be strictly observed. The optimization calculation prevents delays. Visits outside of the time slots will be unchecked.
For each visit you can set a priority level in the Visit section(s) for each destination. High priority visits will be considered first when optimizing routes. Low priority visits outside time slots will be unchecked.
The application can authorize delays for visiting slots. All visits are included in the tour, even if they are outside the slots. Visiting hours may be offset or delayed.
In the vehicles list or by importing, you can determine time range for each vehicle with a start time and an end time.
If necessary, those times can be strictly observed. The optimization calculation prevents delays. Stopping points outside the time range will be unchecked.
The application can authorize delays for vehicle slots. All stopping points are included in the route, even if they are outside the defined time range. It is also possible to enter a working time on your vehicles (corresponding for example to a driver’s legal working hours). Whether the delay is authorized or not, the working time will be respected in all cases.
When the option “Force the start at the start of the time slot” is chosen, optimization takes into account the start time to define the stopping points in the defined time slots.
Otherwise, the departure time is not a computation constraint. Stopping points are defined relative to each other. Optimization is therefore linked to the different stages and not to the defined slots.
