B-Boost as an accelerator for the development of the open source sector
Co-organized by Aquinetic, the Conseil National du Logiciel Libre and Systematic-Paris-region and with the support of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, Bordeaux Métropole, the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Bordeaux Gironde and Invest in Bordeaux, This edition of B-Boost aims to accelerate the development of the open source industry. Designed by and for open digital actors, this meeting will gather International players from more than 10 different countries.
These days are aimed at the executives and managers of the digital companies, those responsible for the digital strategy of companies of the traditional sectors facing the digital transformation, the developers and all the curious of the free and Open source, open hardware, open data…
Mapotempo’s commitment to Open Source
Since our creation in 2012 Mapotempo has been developing open source solutions that guarantee more sustainability, transparency and independence to its users and partners. In addition to the contributions directly related to our R&D on Open Source projects such as OSRM, OSM, Ortools… we are also committed to other types of initiatives:
- to be a partner of the State of the Map France since 2015,
- to create panneaux-élection.fr for the 2017 french legislative and 2015 french regional elections by optimizing election display routes,
- participate in events related to Open Source (Paris Open Source Summit, Librecon
Our participation in B-Boost is therefore in line with our commitment to Open Source since the beginning. A commitment that supports an idea: from Open Source, every citizen, company or state can create innovative and useful applications.
